Navigate to following address:
1.Control Panel > All control Panel Items > Personalization
2.On left side pane Click on Change Desktop Icons
This would popup Desktop Icon Settings
3. Uncheck Recycle Bin
4. Press Ok to Remove Recycle Bin with immediate effect.
